Hello.

 

We have recently installed RealPresence in our environment. As part of that, we did a test cutover of a few units, and then removed them and readded them back to CMA.

The issue that we are currently having is that we are not yet ready to cut over...but I can't seem to perminatly delete these units out of RPRM. I delete them from Endpoing->Monitor View, and they vanish...only to show up again when I check on them an hour of so later.

 

What I am missing to get them out of the system entirely?
