We are migrating from CMA to RM and during that time endpoints use both address books, from CMA and from RM.

 

It appears endpoints (all Polycom) display entries twice which can be explained, but it turns out second entry of endpoint is changed like:

 

entry 1=NLVC105-ABC

entry 2=NLVC105ABC

 

So the dash ( - ) is missing.

 

Is this normal behaviour?
