When I create an entry in the Guest book of our CMA4000 (version 5.5), it appears with the name "Firstname Lastname".

 

If I view it in the Global Address list on the CMA is shows as "Lastname,Firstname". On the Directory of the HDX7000 it also appears as "Lastname,Firstname".

 

Is there a way that I can change the format on the Global Address List so that it appears as "Firstname Lastname"?

Hi Rob,

 

unfortunately it's not possible at this time in version 6.0.1 :indifferent:

you can only change the name of an endpoint (HDX ..)
