Hello all,

Today the "Server SSL"-certificate on our DMA7000 (version 6.3.0_Build_191555) expired. Must I create  a certificate signing request, or is there a “simple Way” to create a new one?

In my opinion the "server SSL" is a self signed certificate that does not need a request to a certificate authority?!

regards

Michael

You can create a signed certificate (domain certificate) on your IIS and import it to your DMA, no problem.

Hello,

You can ignore this Alert or follow the process below to re-issue a default one:

1. Go to Certificates.

2 .In the Actions list, select Revert to Default Certificate.

3 .When asked to confirm, click Yes.

A dialog informs you that the system has reverted to a self-signed certificate.

4. Click OK.

5. Click Restart to Apply Saved Changes, and when asked to confirm that you want to restart the system so that certificate changes can take effect, click OK.

6. After the system restarts, log back in, return to Admin > Local Cluster > Certificates, and verify that the system has reverted to the default self-signed certificate with a new issue and expiration date.

Thanks

Regards,

Alexey

Hello,
thank you for your help. The certificate ist now valid to 2022 and after a restart there ist no alert anymore.
But now, i can´t make a call to/from all VC-devices (Desktop-Client, Mobile Clients, etc.).

Michael

Restart DMA and have a look in the CDR on your DMA. Perhaps you can find the reason in there. You can find it under Reports > choose a failed call from the table > show call details > Call events
