Hi All,
Is it possible to get IVR if somebody dials public IP of our VBP-E device? Presently in our case if somebody wants to join any of our bridge number from external network, he has to dial <PublicIP-VBP-E>##<BridgeNo>. But in this case external participants who are not using Lifesize or Polycom endpoints face issues in dialing extension numbers along with the IP address. For that reasons we want to enable IVR directly on our VBP-E device so that user will connect to our VBP-E device and follow the IVR instruction to get into the bridge.
Your help in this is appreciated.
Thanks,
Sandeep

Sandeep,
You can enter a under default alias the alias of the RMX and the EQ number in this field. When the user dials just the IP address of the VBP-E, the VBP-E forwards the call using the alias as entered in the default alias field. I believe this is located under ALG - H323.
