Lost password recovery on RPRM

Hi experts, One of my customers lost his admin account password of RPRM 8.0 installed on DualManager. Unfortunately no user else was granted admin rights. Is there any possibility to regain the admin right on that running machine? Customer has no backup machines and not willing to return it for repair. Any comments will be highly appreciated. BR, Rick

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

If you are an official Polycom partner you should have access to our ASK Polycom database.

Hi Steffen, thanks for your response. I cannot navigate to the post using the hyperlink you provided...seems that I don't have the right...so I went to my PGS engineer who has an entry with @polycom.com but he cannot access the article also. Please advice if the articles you mentioned have other entries available, either on internet or on the corporate web. Thank you.

Hi Steffen, if possible please help me check the privilege setting on the 2 articles you mentioned because no one I know can really view them. I visited Polycom China, went to all SEs and PGS engineers I know but all of them got the prompting "You are not authorized to view this Document. " while attempting to visit the link you provided. I think there must be some problem happened, will you please help checking this?
