Media Suit transcoding

We currenlty have a Media Suit connected to a NAS drive

When we record the system sends the .raw file to the NAS drive, but the transcoding dose not as the Media Suit says that the transcodes are 'waiting'

 

Any assistance as to what exaclty the 'waiting' means and been able to see what blocking this.

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful, as reminded before, to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

The same issue, default file when finish recording is .RAW and I can not open it , so I would link to transcode to MP4 but seem the transcode status alway "waitting", 

Please help to guide how to transcode it to MP4.
