Can you check the following on the GS web page ?
Admin Settings > Servers > Recording Service
- Enable RealPresence Media Suite: <checked>
- Domain Name: the AD domain name and must match what Media Suite uses
- User Name: AD user
- Password: password associated with the AD user above
- Server Address: address to Media Suite (IP is typically used)
