Media Suite can't connect Group series

Hi Polycom Community,

 

while enabling and connecting group series to media suite with both domain and local accounts, it stuck on "Not Connected" please advice if anyone has already faced such issues.

hi Kennedy,
Can you check the following on the GS web page ?

Admin Settings > Servers > Recording Service

- Enable RealPresence Media Suite: <checked>
- Domain Name: the AD domain name and must match what Media Suite uses
- User Name: AD user
- Password: password associated with the AD user above
- Server Address: address to Media Suite (IP is typically used)
