Hi there,

I wonder if anyone could help me on that one, I have a customer that requested us to create 3 directories on their CMA, they want one directory only for desktop endpoints (HDX4000 series), one directory for all their conference/meeting rooms (all HDXs), and the last one will be for their directors and made of a mix of desktop units and virtually managed units (CMAD, RPM, and maybe some virtual meeting rooms too).

I have created the directories on the CMA, but as soon as I push one directory to the codecs, it simply cancels all other directories. (Means if I push the Meeting rooms directory,  what appear in the Global directory of all endpoints is this list of rooms, if I log on one of their desktop endpoints, the desktop directory has now been replaced by the Meeting rooms one...)

I had 3 web sessions with Polycom on that matter and they were unable to find a way to do it, they are currently still investigating.

Did anybody had a similar problem and if yes, how did you make it work ?

Many thanks for the assistance.

Bart

Endpoints can only see 1 address book. You can use groups to determine which endpoint would see which address book.
