Hello everybody, I have an issue with an architecture Polycom VBP-E :

 

> In LAN, a codec can access to the RMX or RSS (in LAN to) with FECC or DTMF codes.
> In WAN, when a codec want to access to the RMX or RSS through the VBP-E, the communication is OK but the FECC and DTMF doesn't work.

 

I have checked the ports used by the Polycom VBP and it's good. I don't know where is the problem ?

 

Any help ?
