Hi All,

Trying to get a PRM ver 7.1.1 to automatically provision a HDX (ver 3.1.1.3), most fields are working including GK and SIP registrations however, the directory is not working. It automatically tries to register with LDAP (MS server 2003) and I get an error "unable to connect to directory server". I can't get to register to the GAB as it won't allow me edit any settings on the HDX as it is provisioned. the RPDesktop client using the same site provisioning profile work fine.

 

Any help is appriciated.
