Hello,

 

We get an error message as soon as we log in to the CMA4000 saying "Your browser timed out and refresh the page". After refreshing the page, it asks login information again. After logging in we get the same message. It do that continously.

 

Please advise me how to solve the problem. I tried to connect the CMA4000 with Remote Desktop. But I don't know what the default password for RDP is?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

We do not publicly offer end users the Passwords in order to gain access to the underlying Operating System.

 

Usually only our support team would need to access this.

 

A quick information about your current software level may indicate if this is a known issue.

 

Does the CMA itself still work and have you tried a different PC or Browser yet?

 

You may need to raise a support ticket via your Polycom reseller.

The problem has been solved by restarting the server manually.
