Hello, 

 

I want to restor as defult (factory reset) my polycom realpresence capture server, would you please tell me how to restor it?

is this in regards to your other post => here <= ?

 

I had originally advised you to contact your Polycom reseller when you contacted me via PM. Have you yet done this ?

 

The Polycom® RealPresence® Capture Server - Appliance Edition User’s Guide hosted on our Support Page explains:

You basically need to power off the Unit and insert an empty NTFS formatted USB stick and then power the unit back on.

 

Follow the above and remove the USB stick once done.
