Hello everybody,


I have a problem with a RSS 4000, this device has software version 8.5. When I want to manage access to the IP address https://XXXX/rss, insert the username and password and I get this error "The backend service is not ready, please try again later".

What could have caused this error?

What is happening when did you try to connect with Internet Explorer? 🙂

I use Internet Explorer 8.
