Polycom RealPresence Ressouce Manager Kernel.log

Hi everyone,

 

We are currently using an RPRM in our bridge infrastructure, and our audit files are getting close to the size limit. The reason why is that our audit file Kernel.log is now reaching a size of 1.9GB and we are not able to delete it.

Everytime I tried to do a backup and delete, the Kernel.log and two others logs cannot be deleted because they are active. Is there a way to make them inactive for some time in order to delete them?

A little help would be fun!
