Polycom Recording Issue

Hello, I have a strange problem with my RSS 4000 box. The issue recording, When the recording Process is intiate the regular message " Welcome to ploycom conference recording' and after 1 min plus it the recordings fails.

 

kindly advice

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

Please also include if this is a newly installed unit or if this only started recently.

thank you for Reply. Its not   newly installed it only started recently.The software Version is 8.5.3.0 rev37475.
