Dear,

We enfrando the same problem to access the System CMA Desktop with versions greater than 5.2. The system does not complete the authentication step and hangs on "Initializing call stack." With version 5.1 of the CMA Desktop client can access normally. We note that this problem has been occurring since the day 07/05/2013.
After a few tests with version 5.2 can successfully access, however access to success in this version, it was necessary to change the date of the computer for any day prior to 07/05/2013. This problem occurs on Windows and MAC OS.

Software version: 5.5.0.ER19
WCED Shipped Version: 5.1.0.00.60

have you tried to access CMA-D from any other machine?sounds like machine issue. Regards Yash Pal

This problem is occurring on all network computers using versions higher than 5.2.
