Hello,

I have problems with E.164 Alias using Phone number (phone attribute of Active Directory ) in base field as E.164 Numbering scheme.

It's impossible change this alias once that a CMA Desktop user log-in. Don't care if you delete the user in CMA and you actualice the phone number in windows user account, always remembers the assigned Alias first time user log-in.

I think CMA saves in somewhere endpoints even when they have been deleted.

Does anyone know this problem?

Thanks,

Mario

Yes, I am having this exact same problem.  I use to be able to edit the dial string at the Monitor View.  Now it will always revert to the incorrect number as stated above.

Edit: I tried upgrading to 6.2.3 yesterday...same issue.

Mario,

I got this figured out.  In the CMA go to User > Users.  Type in the username in "Search Users" field then uncheck "Local Users Only".  Open the user click "Dial String Reservations"  then delete the incorrect entry.

Ipolk---thank you so much for the info.  I just upgraded to 6.3 and this was driving me crazy.
