after the reset (we press the "Erase" button 3 times) we have loaded the backup file "xyz. conf1" over the WEB-Interface. But now the VBP is not working correctly.
Every attempt from a Real Presence-Device to "dial in" says: "No connection to the server".
The backup settings are correct. We have used a new Backup and a Backup file from last year. So we can exclude that the new File is broken.A PING from the WAN & LAN-Side to their IP address are ok.
Does something maybe have to be activated or set after loading the config?
