Provisioning Rules issue

Hello all, 

 

I have a problem with provisioning rules.

 

When i create a provisioning rule the status keep on "pending"

I  delete the rule then i create again the same rule....same issue

 

The version of my RPRM is 10.1.0_87

Hello @LaurentA,

welcome to the Polycom Community. A couple of questions:

  • Is this a day one issue or has this only recently started ?
  • Have you tried to reboot the RPRM ?
  • Have you considered to upgrade to a currently supported Software like 10.3 ?
