Team,

We have 2 RMX’s, 2 DMA’s, 1 VBP and 1 CMA. Currently we provide meeting rooms ID's to the users. One RMX is having 88 alias and other RMX is having 99 alias. So the customer dial 88 "OR" 99 & then the meeting room ID. I don’t know if this possible or not but can user dial the meeting room id and call gets connected to the RMX as per the availability of the resources. No alias dialing should be there.

Shailesh,

If the user was dialing a VMR (video meeting room) on the DMA and the RMXs have been added to the DMA, then yes, the user could simply dial the VMR without any prefixes. If you look at the dial rules on the DMA, you can see one for VMRs which makes this happen.

in the CMA this is done with the help of  "Dial Rules"

I did it like that:

1. allocated to dial a hundred numbers (7000900-7000999)

2. when typing one of the selected numbers, CMA adds to the number of the following line: xxxyyy##, where xxx is the ID Remix, yyy - ID AdHoc EQ

3. is automatically creates a conference with the dialled number
