I can not register my RMX 1500 on CMA4000.il gets me is that my rmx1500 offline.je want to point out that my rmx and cma are on the same network segment

Hi Bejo...

you have to configure a site on your cma before adding the rmx system.

At this point your rmx, refering to your first posted image, is added to "internet/VPN" - which isn´t correct, based on your post.

Please have a look in the Polycom CMA Operations guide on how to configure sites on your cma system (here).

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Please ensure in addition that the combination of software is listed as supported.

 

Your CMA is running 6.0.0 and your RMX is running 8.2.0 which I believe is not a supported combination.

 

You can always verify this by checking against the release notes of both products.
