RMX Licensing with Platform director

Hi,

RPCS was licensed using Platform director 1.8.1

Now i have installed Platform director 2.0 and configured all instances , i mean DMA, RPRM, RPAD and Web Suite, allocated licenses to all instances.

But RPCS shows "Configuration error in PD as below.

Description: Failed to configure instance: InstanceInitializationException. License server was not provisioned.

Created By: Platform Director : Instance Configuration

Tried recreating the RPCS instance in PD, still the same issue. All instances are created as " Add Existing Virtuall Instance" option.

Regards,

Sree.

Re: RMX Licensing with Platform director

All my virtual instances were independent of PD, but PD was not able to allocate license to RMX, it was keeping on giving error "Configuration Error"

After all struggle, i decided to deploy RMX from PD instead of deploying directly to Esxi. Now, PD was able to allocate license.

Thanks,

Sree.
