From RMX Admin's Guide:

• On the RealPresence Collaboration Server (RMX) 1500, up to two Network Services, one per LAN port, can be associated with each Media card.

So you have to add a network service for LAN 1.

Mike

I guess they brought 'Network separation' license, not 'suppression', isn't it?

Take a look at RMX Admin's Guide -> Multiple Network Services, there you could find the detailed instructions.

Hi Mike,

I had gone through the admin guide and found that we have to add some flag to get activate this feature on RMX and i did the same, however i has not got any option to configure public IP.

Can you please enlighten more on this topic/issue would be highly appreciated??

Please excuse for any typo mistake.

Did you activate Multiple Service license for your RMX?

Please check "Multiple Service" field in Administration -> System Information. If it is "False" then you have to activate the license >>> here <<< and then apply the received Key Code in Setup -> Product Activation -> Activation Key.

Is that tab to configure public IP which suppose to terminate over RMX LAN port 1
