Hi,

 

I have disconnection problem. Before I did many conferences with 80+ participants. this week when I try to add all of the participants to the conference, I cannot over 72 participants. The endpoint gives me "H323 call closed.Remote reject. The endpoint rejected the call" error. I just attached the picture of it. If I disconnect another participant ,which is already connected the conference, I can connect the faulty participant successfully. So, I cannot pass 72 participants. I did not change any configuration but this problem occured unexpectedly. What should be the problem and solution ?

 

Are there anyone to help me about that ?

Hello AliMurat,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Before you start resetting anything it would be helpful if you could provide some information what Software Version you are currently using.

 

This enables to cross check this against the release notes that can be found => here <= as this may be a known issue if it is a defect.

 

In addition your RMX usually displays the usage of its resources and may simply be out of resources. Have you checked this yet?

Cheak the setting of terminal which you want to connect,it must be on DND mode,make it on answer automatic mode then call over the same from RMX.

My device is RMX4000 and its software version is 7.6. I checked resource report from menu and there was available resources.

I have edited the Subject of this post to rectify that this is actually a RMX4000 instead of the originally posted RMX2000.

 

 

  • Is this 7.6.0 or 7.6.1 ?

  • Has this always occurred or is this a new issue you discovered?

  • Are no alarms or other messages shown?

  • Did you have a fixed assignment for resources or is it set to auto?

  • Have you contacted your Polycom Reseller yet to bring this to the attention of Polycom support?

Dear Steffen,

 

- It is 7.6.1

-That is a new issue, 2 weeks before the device works normally.

-There are no alarms or messages except  the message that I attached before.

-Assignment for resources is auto.

-I contacted to Polycom Reseller but it is out of warranty.
