Hello Ali,

 

you clearly stated that once you dropped a call that was already within the conference the calling party that was presented with the previous message could dial into the conference.

 

Above points towards a resource issue.

 

If you can always replicate the issue I can only suggest you check the logger files for any errors around that time frame as they contain additional debug information.

 

You could go ahead and restart the RMX as previously suggested to have a clean testing platform.

 

If the unit is outside warranty you can still always contact Polycom support via your reseller but may have to pay PPI (Pay per incident).

I will reboot the machine, and test it. I already checked all the logs but there was no any other logs. Just in endpoint's settings remote reject error.

resetting the rmx 4000 did not solve the problem. do you have any other advices  ?
