RPAD SIP B2B

Hi All,

 

I'm having an issue currently with outbound SIP B2B calls through the RPAD (version 3.1). DMA is version 6.0.4.

 

When dialling, a SIP 500 is returned in the call events at the DMA from the RPAD. The SipServer log from the RPAD shows the following:

 

[20140331 15:31:13 787 ERROR] [regprx:2] sip.regproxy.AgentConfiguration - can not get port
[20140331 15:31:13 787 ERROR] [regprx:2] sip.regproxy.ProxySession - - [event eventType=alert eventSource=ProxySession functionName=forwardInitialRequest] initial request forward failed to sip:blah@clearsea.com;transport=tcpjava.lang.NullPointerException

 

Can anyone assist?

 

P.S inbound SIP calls entering from the Internet through the RPAD work fine.

I am facing some problem with RPAD. when i am in intranet ( inside network) my RPD/RPM sip shows registerd and working fine but when we are in internet(outside network). only H323 registration shows and sip desable..  anyone please help to solve this problem
