I have been trying to figure out why my CDR reports have been sent to my FTP server without any data. Only the headers show up in the CSV file.
I would imagine that it would collect all of the applicable mac-calls.xml files into this report.
I have looked at the endpoint files for a number of VVX / Trio endpoints and the calls.xml files exist with caller data in them.
Is there any other configuration I might have overlooked?

Historically these reports are only for Video Endpoints so I do not assume it would collect any data from Phones.
I will raise this internally and get the documentation updated to reflect this.
