We migrated From the CMA to the RPRM.

We have some user in an Active directory universal group allowed to use the CMAD and RPD.

We are using Ldap directory.

When we place the same filter that we have in the CMA in the RPRM. People are able to log in. But they are not able to find any user in the directory even if they are able to see the HDX room.

Every thing is working well with the CMA but not  working with the RPRM.

Any Idea?

hello Olivier

in my opinion, the RPD clients (with RPRM) can find only users, who has already logged in the client at least once.
login in RPD from two different users and try searching.

hi,

We already run these test, and we still have the same issue.

2 users log on the same time are not able to see each other when the filter is activated.

regards.

Have you created any address books in RPRM? (ADMIN  >  Directories  >  Address Books)

If you don't have any special address book policy\requirements you can use All Entries as default address book:

ADMIN  >  Directories  >  Address Books

click Set Default and choose All Entries

or you can assign All Entries only to your AD group users:

USER  > Groups

click Import Enterprise Group (find your group and add it)

then edit the group and choose All Entries in the Address Book field
