Hello

We have a serious issue with RPRM not being able to integrate with DMA anymore:

Error is listed as <DMA_SITE_TOPOLOGY_INTEGRATION_FAILURE> reason : HTTP 400 Bad request.

After applying DMA patch 6.3.2._P1 and P2(build 215592)  We noticed the DMA was not dsiplaying the RPRM in the Resource Manager Integration menu.

After speaking to PLCM support we were suggest to delete the DMA integration in RPRM and re-enter it after applying the latest patch on DMA 6.3.1_P1_Build_216226

BUT now we get this error code and it is imperative we resolve this issue ASAP. any thoughts out there ?

*I am only able to ADD the DMA with MCU POOL ORDER ENABLED / when CALL SERVER is selected it will still prompt the same error message :  <DMA_SITE_TOPOLOGY_INTEGRATION_FAILURE> reason : HTTP 400 Bad request.

thx

Hi,

Check your DNS configuration. You should have DNS A records and PTR records for both DMA and RPRM. Note: Also issue will still occur even if you use DMA IP address. RPRM will use reverse lookup to find DMA and RPRM A records.

Regards,

Alexey
