Hello,

 

I've upgraded my rmx to 7.8 and since then my RPRM cannot schedule a conference on it, either DIRECT or POOLED , SINGLE BRIDGE mode. 

 

Conference template is default RPRM and works with other RMX on versino 7.6 . Tried to create a new template using one from my RMX 7.8 but no luck. 

 

Was there any word that RPRM cannot manage RMX 7.8 ?

FYI for everyone who runs into this:

 

After upgrading RMX to 7.8 the RPRM does a refresh of its auto configuration but by defauylt the max bandwidth is set to 384kbps. Once this is cleared out or set to the correct bandwdith the scheduling came back alright. 

 

And also if you didn't realize the latest update 7.1.1 for RPRM isn't listed as the last one posted on the POLYCOM SUPPORT site so be careful...
