RPRM provisioning with Trio endpoint name

Hi Team,

We are having issue with Polycom RPRM 10.3.0 . Whenever any Polycom Trio comes for Provisioning on RPRM. Its showing endpoint name as MAC address and not showing name which is configured on Polycom Trio.

Can anyone help to troubleshoot the issue.

Re: RPRM provisioning with Trio endpoint name

Hello @VV,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The system.name is a parameter on the Trio where you can specify the Name of the Trio in a configuration file.

The endpoint_name is a setting on RPRM itself and has no real relation to the system.name so you can either export your Endpoints, copy the system.name information name and overwrite the endpoint_name information with the system.name instead and re-import updating the information.
