RPRM site topology issue

RPRM site topology issue

Hi Everyone,

 

I would like to address some issue which I have faced recent time,I have installed RPRM at one of our customer with customized add site in site topology but however the endpoints and RPD clients is not reflecting in the same site which I have created,can anyone help me with that

Hello GC,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issue experienced may already be addressed in a newer release. This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

Behave of RPRM is bit different from CMA,it not allow to add subnet by subnet mask it add site on behalf of mask bit,please post your exact nature of issue to assist you better
