how can i restore RSS 4000 to its factory settings, and connect with com port or cross cable

Actually when we set the network paramaters into pc and rss using cross cable or when we connect using com port with the specified baud rate and other thins .... not able to ping using any of the ip

 

Suggest what i shouls do... LED from the front pannel is ok and led of lan port primary shows orange light at the left and green at rhe right

the User guide matching your current software version outlines how you restore the RSS to factory defaults.

 

For example for Version 7.0 please check page 4 - 55 => here <=

 

You could also utilize the community search as shown => here <=
