Dear Team,

 

We have Polycom RSS 4000 with 5 port recording capacity. RSS is registered on CMA 5000 and we have Polycom RMX 4000 also which is also registered on the CMA 5000.

 

Till few days we were able to record 5 sessions simultaenously but now we got restricted to max 2 sessions at a time. We checked all the device settings and unable to find a reason for it.

 

Pleae guide and help
