RSS4000 Certificate installation

The RSS400 certificate is expiring late November 2016. I dont think it we can generate teh certificate like RM and DMA. It is a selfsigned cert issued by Polycom.

In the Polycom docs its says we need a CA to issue a certificate and then install it.

Can anyone let me know the cert is self generated in teh RSS or we need to issue signing request and then get it from CA?

Please refer the attachment of the excisting cert details

Re: RSS4000 Certificate installation

Hello Rajan ELB,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The RSS does not have a internal facility so you need to use openSSL

Examples are => here <= and to use under Windows => here <=
