Dear All,

In RSS 4000 i would like to know how to find the space usage, I read the user manual and found that by doing "telnet" and on # prompt command we can type "df" and it will provide all the details.

 

Checking Disk Space Usage

Type

df after the prompt # to view the disk space usage of the RSS 4000 system.

The total, used, and free disk space are shown.

 

.My RSS is showing invalid command.  Rest all the commands are working fine like Viewing Device Information
, Viewing or Setting the System Time Zone  and  Idle Timeout Setting

 

 

RSS versions  hardware ver 6.0 software ver 7.0

Hi Shailesh,

 

I believe that command only works witht he latest version 8.0.  I looked for it prior to my upgrade and saw nothing, but since upgrading to 8.0 i'm able to see the disk space and usage using that command.  Hope this helps.

Issue resolved now after upgrading the RSS 4000 to 8.5 version.
