I have a client current running 7.1.0.0_27 on PRPRM & attempting to upgrade to 8.0.1. They are showing the following attached 2 errors when attempting the backup, then trying to load the RealPresence Resource Manager v7.1.x Pre-Upgrade patch. I thought the patch may have been corrrupted, had them download a new one, several reboots, & recently attempted from another PC as well. Has anyone come across this before?

What web browser are you using? If not IE, then try wth IE and make sure the RPRM IP address or name is added to the trusted sites in the security tab for IE Options.
