Im trying to login to RP one resource manager web portal but imn getting Unable to retrieve a valid license from the license server. Im new to RP one environment so not sure where to go to check.

Polycom solutions mostly require Polycom assistance as they can be quite complex so I suggest you work with your Polycom reseller and/or Polycom Sales Engineer to assist you.

Thanks. Unfortunately i have to make it for the customer as they were provided with temporary license and they need to test it first before making a decision to get it upgraded to Clarity and get support agreement with Polycom. I was hoping to get some assistance from anyone in the community who dealt with this issues.
again whoever supplied the License to you or the customer should assist you with this.
