Due to an issue on our network we are finfindg the RealPresence Group 300 and Trio8800 devies are losing their connection to Office365 and SIP on a weekly basis. The solution is to restart the devices.
Until we can find the root cause, we'd like to monitor the devices and be alerted if any of the services fail (SIP, Presence, Office365..).
Is Resource Manager ideal for this and is there an attractive enough cost for a small estate of 8 VC's ?

generally this would be an option. It´s possible to restart Endpoints. BUT you can´t buy RPRM as a single device anymore, only combinded with the Poly Clariti.
