Hi, I checked on client DMA that SIP trunk is not showing enabled, however client advised that they can make calls to IP phones registered to CUCM, Also, they have a prefix for CUCM in shared number dialling options, what does this mean ?

Sounds DMA not get refresh to apply chnages, please take down time and reboot DMA.

Preffix for CUCM means there is service no define for CUCM to segrigate service no use for to reach dectination called no from registered endpoint.

For example if service no is 88 so your dialling no would start with 88+calling party ext
