Can someone suggest as there are some alerts which i am unable to dig more.
Polcyom DMA is assoicated with RPM and as per DMA admin guide
If the Polycom DMA system is integrated with a Polycom resource manager system, it receives user-to-device association information from that system, and you can only associate users with devices on the Polycom RM system.
now we are receving alerts on a monitoring server like below. there are few more unknown users name I can see.
SNMP: ntfAlertCMAUser: N*********e.com: Failed user-to-device association: No such user 'hqT80CBRB'.
Is there any way to check it as I am unble to find any such user.
It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.
