Hi All,

 

We have SVC supporting RMX 2000 briges,earlier we were able to join into the SVC conferences from our campus installed endpoints but couple of days i have experienced that we are facing issue to join SVC conferences.profile and bandwidth are meeting the craietaria to join conference. now are also not able to join SVC confrence from CMAD

 

HDX software version 3.1.1.3

RMX software version 7.8 and 7.7

CMAD software version 5.2.5

Hi there 🙂

AFAIK the CMAD isn´t capable of using svc protocol (only Polycom Realpresence Desltop).

This means you would have to setup a mixed avc/svc conference to join the call properly.
