Have a security team asking everything the CMA would possibly do with this enabled. Any Polycom Documentation to support it would be awesome. Anyone know everything the CMA is doing when authenticating AD accounts with it's machine account?

Just like you mentioned - authenicating CMAD/RM clients using NTLMv2 protocol.
