I am having VBP5300 e box , we are connected 10 mbps public IP in the wan port directly, now i want to split the 10 mbps as 4 mbps to data users & 6 mbps to VBP.

iam putting traffic shaper before vbp & a checkpoint firewall .The VBP wan IP is NATed & connected to the checkpoint firewall,also in the checkpoint firewall i have given any to any access to all the calls routed. when iam dialing from an endpoint iam getting hit in both firewall & VBP but the call is not connected also in the endpoint shows the call is connected & no incomming video frame rates.

If i dial the public ip the call is not connected, kindly clarify the VBP will work in NAT or any other settings to be done.
