Hi Guys,

 

Having a moment of confusions and need some help I have a simple set up involving 2x HDX systems on the LAN side and a VBP-E in embedded Gate keeper mode.

 

The VBP will only allow one HDX system to be registered at a time an there for only one will except call. I can not call between the units because the E.164 will not work on the one not registered....

 

I am sure I have missed something simple but scratching my head to work out what....

 

Can anyone help.

Make sure the e.164 alias AND the H.323 alias on both machines are different... (IE:  H.323 Alias:  HDX1 ..  e.164: 1000    and   HDX2 .. e.164:2000)...

 

I'm guessing it's a duplicate alias issue..

Thanks for the help. Have checked no duplicate IDs, thank you for the idea though.

 

Will keep looking through the guide for something.

Make sure your are enable the mode calling of registered systems.its also the possibilty for the same.
