VBP-ST BLOCKING VIDEO AND REGISTRATIONS TO THE CMA DESKTOP

Hi Guys,

For some reason I think Our VBP-ST Box is blocking Video when I from the m100 or from a registered IPad or Tab into the RMX. The RMX is also registered to the CMA Server which is the GK on the Video Network.

If I call a HDX Unit which has also been registered to the GK, with its alias {7777}, from an IPad or Tab which is also Registered to the GK, the call goes through and there is VIdeo. But if I call thr RMX2000 whose prefix in the GK is 90, and I call it from the Tab using alias 905555 {5555 being a room created in the RMX} the call connects but there is no Video. The connecting IP to the RMX from the Tab, is that of the VBP-ST, as the tab Registers to the Platform using the Subscriber {Public} IP of the VBP-ST.

If i call the RMX2000 directly from an m100 on the LAN with the RMX Signaling LAN IP {192.168.100.94##5555} the call is established and there is Video.

What might I be missing?

wan side ip is NET IP or real IP? Regards Yash Pal
