Hi,

 

I've set up access proxy in WAN side gatekeeper mode, with the IP address of my DMA. I have enabled the access proxy setting and added all the necessary ports and certificated, I've added the VBP as a Network device on my Resource manager but the status never changes to online, it just stays "unknown".

 

I've done everything according to the VBP manual and can just not get access proxy to work.

The devices can ping each other and there is no 3rd party firewall
