where can i download VBP-ST or E softwares? I did not find it on support web site.

Hello PlcoSysEngineer,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

There is a possibility to setup a local FTP server but I would raise a ticket with our support team to receive the correct software so they can ensure you are not installing an incorrect version.

Just connect via webGUI to your vbp and press "upgrade firmware" on the left side.

After that press "submit" and the device will autmatically look for the newest firmware version and install it.
