Folks,

 

How can a one download a Polycom Web Suite OVA file from polycom official website?

 

When click on to download OVA file it redirects me to the licence activation page.

 

 Attached screen shot is for the reference.

 

Any help will be highly appreciated.

What account, account for licencing portal or for Polycom support portal ?

 

If it's for licencing center portal then i would like to know that how can i create an account on Polycom licencing portal?

It is the RealPresence Licensing Center (polycom.flexnetoperations.com) and to have an account created, one must have purchased either WebSuite or Clariti licenses. Once the account is created typically with one local company admin, that admin or the helpdesk/Sales/Sales Engineer can assist with getting others added to the same account. Our OVA’s are not available for just general downloading.

 

Please work with a Poly reseller for any additional questions.

Hello,

We do have a clariti licence with us however there is no such instructions given neither on Polycom website nor at the time of buy the licence that how account to be created on Polycom licencing center.

 

Please help if possible.

From Polycom Only, now the question is that do i need to work with Polycom sales team instead of Technical support team even after brought licence?
